The Centre for State-Subsidised Housing Construction took over Ara’s duties
The Centre for State-Subsidised Housing Construction is responsible for the statutory duties of the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (Ara), which was dissolved on 28 February 2025. The new centre started on 1 March 2025. We operate as a part of the Ministry of the Environment Finland.
