About us

Accessibility of right-of-occupancy housing communities' queue number register

Centre for State-Subsidised Housing Construction is responsible for this online service. We aim to ensure the accessibility of our online services as required by the Act on the provision of digital services. We want to provide digital services that are accessible to as many people as possible.

This accessibility statement applies to our service queue number register for right-of-occupancy housing communities (yhteiso.aso.fi).

Centre for State-Subsidised Housing Construction itself has assessed the accessibility of the service. We will remedy any shortcomings in the accessibility of the service as soon as possible when the necessary resources become available.

How accessible is the service?

This service meets most of the accessibility requirements.

Content or functionalities that do not meet the criteria:

  • Some form fields are not technically correctly linked to their labels (WCAG 1.3.1 Information and Relationships)
  • Not all component labels match the component names (WCAG 2.5.3 Label in Name)
  • The borders and placeholder text of form fields are too light (WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum), WCAG 1.4.11 Non-text Contrast)
  • The focus indicator of some buttons is poorly visible (WCAG 2.4.7 Focus Visible)
  • The focus indicator for the area code field is not visible (WCAG 1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus)
  • When hovering over a button, the text on the button becomes too light in relation to the background (WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum))
  • The placeholder text in some dropdown menus is repeated three times by the screen reader (WCAG 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value)
  • Some elements on the website are semantically incorrectly marked (WCAG 1.3.1 Information and Relationships)
  • The results of the social security number search are not audible to the screen reader (WCAG 4.1.3 Status Messages)
  • When using the service with a larger text size, some of the main menu texts overlap (WCAG 1.4.4 Resize Text)
  • The user cannot click the "Log another agreement" button using the keyboard (WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard, WCAG 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value)
  • On mobile devices, the instructions for filling out forms are available only after the fields (WCAG 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions)
  • When selecting a building in the property information form, the page automatically updates (WCAG 3.2.2 On Input)
